What you can expect:
- Some clients desire for a virtual environment where there is direct connection between the client’s computer system keyboard with that of the employee. In this way, all the data handled by the employee gets stored in the client’s computer/server. VPN is used to login into the client’s server for such a work scenario.
- Some clients, for, extra data security, need webmail and some other websites to be disabled. We ensure that will be taken care of upon request!
- As a general rule, employees’ personal belongings (bags, mobile phones) are kept in lockers outside the work room – employees are not allowed to carry them in the work room.
- All our employees have signed a nondisclosure agreement with MaxSource Private Limited, and we will be open to getting them sign your company documents if needed.
- Every employee’s desktop is equipped with latest and powerful antispam and antivirus programs.
- Please feel free to share your concerns, questions, requirements that are specific to you and we will be open to work that out for you.
How it works:

- Handpick resources – choose an employee. Even though you have hired a dedicated employee, we will always be a click away to assist. The remote employee will work in India time zone only – 9 am thru 5 pm IST, Mon – Fri. They will be available on Saturdays if you get that included in your contract.
